Keep the phone number your customers already know. Complete the three steps below and our porting team will handle the transfer from your current carrier.

Download the LOA
Print the Letter Of Authorization, fill it out completely and sign it.

Fill out the order form
Enter your contact details, the number(s) you want to port and your current carrier information below.

Upload your documents
Attach both of these to the form:
- Your filled-out and signed LOA
- A current phone bill from your current (losing) carrier
Your phone bill must show: the phone number(s) to be ported, your account number, and the service address. Bills missing any of these may cause the port to be rejected by the losing carrier. Please use one LOA per phone number.
